David Horwitz is a Philadelphia based painter.  His work primarily concentrates on portraits where he uses bold color combinations to depict the expression of his subjects.  He has exhibited in Philadelphia at City Arts Salon, Cerulean Arts, The Plastic Club, Da Vinci Art Alliance, Dirty Frank's and on Cape Cod at The Provincetown Art Association and Museum. His paintings are in homes in Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, Chicago, Santa Fe, Laguna Beach, San Jose, Bologna in Italy and Columbia in South America.
